CURRENT OPENINGS

STORE MANAGER ROLES

As a Store Manager you are responsible for the overall operations of the business. In this role,
you'll ensure your store is staffed with amazing people by assessing, and onboarding your future
teammates. In addition, you'll equip the leadership and sales team with the tools they need to be
successful in their day-to-day tasks. Most importantly, you'll help foster a vibrant, inclusive, and
fun work culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store
appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling
procedures
- Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and
reviewing sales performance and managing inventory
- Train, delegate to, and supervise the team to develop their leadership and sales
productivity
- Ensure that a coaching culture is present in store, where everyone receives timely
acknowledgement for their successes and feedback on areas of opportunity.
- Be the ambassador to all store, people and product, generating sales opportunities and
working to build customer preference for the brand.
- Human Resources, recruiting and performance management.
- Demonstrate high ethical standards.
- Positive behavior towards personnel, company, and clients.
- Be available to and flexible with the team.

SNEAKER ASSOCIATE ROLES

As a Sneaker Associate, you are friendly, a team player, cares for customers and provides the
best experience —we hire for service. You are coachable, goal and career-oriented learner who
is innovative & influential to others. One who brings great energy, drive & positivity with every
guest that walks in our store.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles
- Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure excellent service and
smooth store functioning
- Be an active member of the store by attending and supporting store events
- Is reliable and flexible by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of
the business
- Able to effectively communicate
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent
customer service
- One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days,
evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on the needs of the business

ASSISTANT MANAGER ROLES


As an Assistant Manager you’re a key team player who inspires and leads by example. In this
role, you'll ensure your store is staffed with amazing people by assessing, and onboarding your
future teammates. In addition, you'll equip the sneakers leads and associates with the tools they
need to be successful in their day-to-day tasks. Most importantly, you'll help foster a vibrant,
inclusive, and fun work culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Store Manager and directly manage client service, sales & productivity
- Leadership experience, including experience managing business operations
- Help ensure the store environment feels inspiring and that product is easily accessible
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Ensure that a coaching culture is present in store, where everyone receives timely
acknowledgement for their successes and feedback on areas of opportunity.
- Flexibility and willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and
holidays based on the needs of the business
- Positive behavior towards personnel, company, and clients.
- Be available to and flexible with the team.

SNEAKER ASSOCIATE ROLES
