TORONTO MANAGER

Manage all personnel functions, sales, productivity, operational functions as well as human resources in store. Ensure adherence to OAK culture, ensuring maximum profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR ROLES

As a social media content creator, you are charismatic, up to date with the latest trends on social media platforms and take pride in the content and creative process. You are a goal and career-oriented learner who is innovative and out of the box thinker! You are someone who engages well with people and leaves a lasting impression. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the content for all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) 
  • Produce and direct all the content for the brands social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) 
  • Stay on top of new fashion & social media content trends to ensure the brand remains relevant across all channels.
  • Monitor and scale engagement with the brand's audience across all channels.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas that align with the brand's values and yearly promotional calendar. 
  • Generate Bi-Weekly reports for the founders that identify missed and potential opportunities, As well as showcase the efficiency of the content being produced.
  •  Flexible with scheduling, which may include days,evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on the needs of the business
  • Ability to travel for the brand’s needs and activations. 
  • Build yearly, quarterly and monthly strategies and rollouts for all social media content.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Up to date with current fashion/sneaker trends on all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) 
  • Proficient skills in Videography and Photography

ASSISTANT MANAGER ROLES


As an Assistant Manager you’re a key team player who inspires and leads by example. In this
role, you'll ensure your store is staffed with amazing people by assessing, and onboarding your
future teammates. In addition, you'll equip the sneakers leads and associates with the tools they
need to be successful in their day-to-day tasks. Most importantly, you'll help foster a vibrant,
inclusive, and fun work culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Store Manager and directly manage client service, sales & productivity
- Leadership experience, including experience managing business operations
- Help ensure the store environment feels inspiring and that product is easily accessible
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Ensure that a coaching culture is present in store, where everyone receives timely
acknowledgement for their successes and feedback on areas of opportunity.
- Flexibility and willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and
holidays based on the needs of the business

INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

In this role, you will execute operational and merchandising processes effectively and efficiently, and ensure a neat, clean, and organized stockroom and sales floor. Your goal is to create a seamless experience between the back of house and the sales floor to bring our brand to life for our customers while building brand loyalty and delivering productivity. In addition you will analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages for your store. Ensure the adherence to OAK culture, ensuring compliance with objectives and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maximize the company sales growth and profitability by maintaining the stockroom and sales floor, and facilitate the flow of product to provide an engaging experience to every customer
  • Perform duties associated with receiving and processing shipment, stocking merchandising, and supporting the sales floor, fitting room, and check out, as required
  • Assist in bringing inventory from BOH to FOH and support your sneaker associates 
  • Oversee all inventory coming into your store location
  • Responsible for distribution of all inventory for your store
  • Analyze and maintain optimum store product level,and communicate with inventory manager regarding stock opportunities and transferring from Warehouse and other stores
  • Work alongside with store managers to communicate product needs per location and demand
  • Fully understand how to use the OAK inventory software
  • Ensure all inventory systems are properly followed to reduce losses
  • Conduct inventory checks on a WEEKLY basis/maintain updated inventory records ensure procedures for receiving, transferring and returning merchandise are adhered to policy and procedures.
  • Communicate inventory issues/concerns as they arise
  • Ensure that standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained in store
  • Assist with receiving, stocking and displaying merchandise. 
  • Possess a strong knowledge of merchandise as it pertains to the construction, materials and care of the product.
